Helps people affected by mental illnesses and works to challenge attitudes about mental illness within society. Their website can help you locate a nearby support group.

ChildLine

Childline is a free, private and confidential service. Whatever your worry, whenever you need help, however you want to get in touch.  You can call them any time on 0800 1111

The Samaritans

The Samaritans is a charity staffed by volunteers who are trained to listen and support people. The Samaritans telephone service is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
